How do I unlock the full library?
Tap any locked character or open Settings → "Unlock the full library". The unlock is a one-time purchase and applies to all 1,800 characters.
I bought it on another device. How do I get it here?
Make sure the new device is signed into the same Apple ID you used for the purchase, then open Settings and tap Restore Purchases.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find the InkSeal purchase, and request a refund there.
The app crashed.
The app sends an anonymous crash report automatically (see the Privacy Policy). If the crash is reproducible, please email us with your iOS version, device model, and what you were doing when it happened.
I think a character explanation is wrong.
Inside the app, tap thumbs-down on the illustration and add a comment, or email us with the character. Many Chinese etymologies are genuinely debated — we'll consider every pointer to a primary source.
